Those who attended the Legend of the Motorcycle Invitational Concours d’ Elegance this past weekend at the five-star Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay near San Francisco may have caught sight of, or even spoken with, Pierre Terblanche. In a rare visit to the U.S., the Ducati designer was in Northern California for the spectacular second-annual event, which also served as the stateside unveiling for the production version of his most recent work, the 2008 Hypermotard 1100.
